Key responsibilities
Daily site management
Be on site from start to end of work each day and ensure work follows the drawings and instructions given.
Coordinate masons, carpenters, bar benders, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
Daily reporting
Take daily attendance of labour and send it each evening.
Send a daily update by 6 pm on WhatsApp: work done, labour count, materials received, problems, and next day’s plan, with 3 to 5 photos.
Materials
Check and receive materials on delivery against the challan: quantity, quality, and brand.
Photograph material and challan and send them the same day.
Maintain a easy stock register and raise material requests in advance (at least 3 to 5 days before need).
Quality and measurement




Check key stages before they are covered or concreted (reinforcement, shuttering, levels, plumbing and electrical conduits).
Record measurements of completed work for contractor payments.
Labour and contractors
Keep records of labour advances and attendance.
Make sure workers follow safety rules and site discipline.
Progress and issues
Compare actual progress against the schedule and report delays and their reasons.
Flag drawing doubts, material shortages, and client decisions needed, instead of waiting for them to become problems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
