Vendor Master Data Management
Create, update, extend, block, and deactivate vendor master records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other enterprise applications).
Validate vendor requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.
Perform vendor onboarding activities, including document verification and due diligence checks.
Ensure adherence to data governance policies, controls, and standard operating procedures.
Data Quality & Compliance
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity within the vendor master database.
Conduct duplicate checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and process evidence.
