Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Explain company products/services and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
Handle incoming enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up updates.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Required Skills
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
