Job Purpose

Design, develop, and support scalable Java based backend applications end-to-end by troubleshooting and resolving technology issues, ensuring secure and high-quality deliveries through strong engineering practices, and executing time-bound initiatives/POCs to meet business and IT objectives.Duties and Responsibilities

Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and provide solutions.
Understand application architecture and technology infrastructure end-to-end.
Participate in POCs, R&D; activities, and solution delivery initiatives.
Plan, execute, track, and report progress on assigned projects.
Drive process improvements and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in business, IT, and review meetings.Required Qualifications and Experience





Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Computers, IT, Electronics, or related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in Java development and API integration.
Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience developing scalable applications.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for learning current technologies and process-oriented mindset.
