Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day solar service and maintenance operations. Supervise technicians and coordinate service activities. Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to solar systems.
Coordinate solar system installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests. Monitor system performance and ensure service quality.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical guidelines.
Requirements 1–5 years of experience in solar service operations or a related field. Positive knowledge of solar power systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in handling technical teams and service operations. Solid problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, and other departments.
