Key Responsibilities

· Manage requests for information (RFIs) and requests for quotation (RFQs).

· Manage purchase orders (POs), including material planning, PO creation, approvals, and material follow-up.

· Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.

· Track open orders and resolve supply-related issues.

· Ensure timely payments to vendors.

· Coordinate logistics and visit suppliers for follow-up.

Required Skills

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Valuable knowledge of SAP for PO creation and report development.

· Robust knowledge of advanced Excel.

· Demand planning, scheduling,



and purchase order (PO) management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
