Patient Care: Provide basic nursing care and attend to patients' daily healthcare needs.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor patients' BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO2 and overall health condition regularly.
Medication & Treatment: Administer prescribed medications and perform nursing procedures as per qualification and authorized scope of practice.
Documentation & Infection Control: Maintain patient medical records and follow hospital hygiene and infection control protocols.
Teamwork & Duty Responsibility: Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff, perform assigned duties, follow shift schedules and comply with hospital rules and regulations.
