We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Advisor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a proven track record in telesales or telemarketing. As a Tele Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and providing exceptional customer support.

Your role will involve engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also be expected to upsell and renew existing customer contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.



The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and graduates are encouraged to apply. This position offers a market-competitive salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 INR take-home, along with performance-based incentives. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one rotational weekday off.
