Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers using company-provided leads.
Handle incoming enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, approvals, and payment plans.
Understand customers' budgets, preferred locations, and property requirements.
Generate qualified leads and arrange property site visits.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales team and arrange appointments.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site visit targets.
Provide customer feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
