We are looking for an SMD Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in soldering and rework of Surface Mount Devices (SMD) on PCB assemblies. The candidate should be familiar with soldering tools, component handling and PCB assembly processes.Key Responsibilities
Perform manual SMD soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.
Handle SMD components such as Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, ICs, QFNs, SOICs and BGAs.
Perform PCB rework, component replacement and solder corrections.
Use soldering stations, hot air guns and rework stations.
Identify and rectify soldering defects such as dry solder, solder bridges and insufficient solder.
Follow ESD safety standards while handling electronic components.




Inspect soldering quality under a microscope.
Ensure proper workmanship as per IPC standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in SMD and PCB soldering.
Knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
Familiarity with soldering irons, hot air rework stations and microscopes.
Understanding of ESD handling procedures.
Positive attention to detail and ability to perform precision work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
