i. Gate pass preparation ii. Site work permits iii. Co-ordination with Use dept, EHS
Scafollding arrangement as per site req.
Work permits, i.e. Working at height, Hot work facilitate to vendor
Preparation of HEERA, Job Safety Analysis, Management of Change document preparation
Work execution and CAPEX handover to User dept.
Item capatilization
Physical assets verification and update to F&A;
Coordination with Central services team for civil and office furniture related work
