Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business customers and generate business loan leads.
Explain various financial products and loan facilities offered through Nationalised Banks.
Generate leads for Business Loans, Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Term Loans and Working Capital Finance.
Promote CGTMSE-backed collateral-free loan facilities, subject to bank eligibility and approval.
Understand customers' business requirements, turnover and funding needs.
Identify interested prospects and arrange follow-up calls or meetings.
Maintain daily calling records, lead details and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in telecalling,



telesales, banking or financial services will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to communicate in Bengali and Hindi is essential.
Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve targets.
