We are hiring Telecaller Executives for our collection agency to handle SBI and Muthoot portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment follow-ups.
Explain pending dues and encourage timely payments.
Handle customer queries and payment commitments.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Maintain proper calling and follow-up records.
Requirements:
10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive Tamil, English, Telugu, Malayalam and Kanada communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive convincing and customer-handling skills.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full time
