Role & Responsibilities
Speak with patients (leads) enquiring about IVF, IUI, ICSI, and fertility treatments
Explain procedures and schedule appointments with IVF doctors
Maintain records and follow-up with potential patients
Educate clients about tests like AMH, TVS, semen analysis, etc.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from paid ads, walk-ins & referrals
Coordinate with clinical staff for slot confirmations
Requirements
Solid communication skills
Knowledge of IVF/gynecology terminology preferred
Basic computer/data entry skills
Compassionate, patient, and explicit on phone
