We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Web chat process. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through web chat , resolving queries promptly, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

Candidate Requirements:
Fresher (BE, BTech, BCA not qualified) or Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support.
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Valuable grammar, spelling, and comprehension skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends, if required.

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Shift timings: 5 days working - UK window.

Walkin Time : 3rd Nov - 4th Nov 2026, 12:30 pm To 4:30 pm
