Key Responsibilities:
Drive state-level business growth, revenue, and enrollment targets.
Develop strategic partnerships with schools, government bodies, and educational institutions.
Lead regional teams and ensure smooth operational execution.
Expand B2B school programs and teacher training initiatives.
Identify recent business prospects and strengthen institutional relationships.
Monitor performance, achieve expansion goals, and ensure program implementation.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate/Postgraduate qualification (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Operations, or Education Program Management.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and institutional networking skills.
Experience in the Ed-Tech, Education, or Skill Development ecosystem.
