Team Leader Wealth Management

Role Objective

Lead and manage a high-performing Wealth Management team responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients while driving revenue, AUM growth, product penetration, and overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Drive acquisition of HNI/affluent clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
Develop and execute strategies for AUM growth, client retention, cross-selling, and wallet share enhancement.
Drive business across Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and other investment products.
Ensure robust client engagement through need-based investment and wealth solutions.
Monitor individual and team-level KPIs, productivity, revenue, AUM, and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching to team members.
Build a robust sales pipeline through referrals, market mapping, networking, and client acquisition initiatives.
Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC,



regulatory and internal governance standards.
Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders for seamless client servicing.
Identify high-potential talent and actively contribute to hiring, onboarding and capability building.
Prepare business reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
