We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage, execute and scale our digital marketing campaigns with a robust focus on conversions and revenue growth.
This is a target-driven role requiring complete ownership of monthly marketing performance and measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Independently manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
Own monthly marketing, lead generation and conversion targets.
Plan and optimise advertising budgets.
Scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and ROI.
Coordinate with the in-house content and creative team.
Monitor campaign performance, conversions, ROI and ROAS.
Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve results.
REQUIREMENT
3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete advertising process.
