We are looking for a well-mannered, hardworking, and customer-friendly Restaurant Steward to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Transparent tables and reset them after guests leave.
Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene guidelines.
Assist with billing and payment collection whenever required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Steward or Waiter is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a team and handle busy restaurant hours.
Basic knowledge of food service and restaurant etiquette.
Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
