Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation
Process accurate and timely bi-weekly or monthly payroll for high-volume hourly and salaried outlet / plant staff.
Manage complex F&B; pay structures, including split shifts, overtime calculations, holiday pay, and tip-pooling/service-charge distributions.
Handle tax withholdings, statutory advantages, garnishments, and insurance deductions.
Reconcile payroll data with the finance and accounting departments and manage general ledger entries.

Human Resources Operations
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation (such as food handler permits, background checks, and right-to-work records).
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure strict adherence to local and national labor laws, specifically regarding working hours, breaks,



and child labor regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of combined HR and payroll management experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or F&B; sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Time & Attendance tracking systems, and industry-standard payroll software.
Soft Skills: Solid communication, active listening, and high attention to detail for error-free payroll calculation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
