Job Title: Cataloging Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Cataloging Executive to manage and optimize product listings across our fashion and lifestyle categories. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, with solid product knowledge and hands on experience in e commerce cataloging. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, engaging, and conversion friendly product content that enhances customer experience and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Management:
Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information including titles, descriptions, attributes, prices, and images across platforms
Ensure all listings meet internal quality guidelines and marketplace standards
Regularly audit catalog data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies

Content Enhancement:
Write transparent, attractive, and keyword rich product titles and descriptions
Ensure high quality images, size charts, and product specifications are uploaded for customer clarity
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve visual presentation

Process and Coordination:
Work closely with category managers, vendors,



and operations teams to gather complete product information
Coordinate with tech and content teams to resolve cataloging related system issues
Support bulk uploads, current launches, and promotional campaign readiness

Reporting and Analysis:
Track catalog health metrics such as missing attributes, error rates, and duplicate listings
Generate periodic reports on catalog quality and listing status
Provide insights to improve catalog efficiency and enhance customer journey

Qualifications and Skills:
1 to 2 years of experience in cataloging or product listing preferably in fashion and lifestyle e-commerce
Strong knowledge of cataloging processes, taxonomy, and marketplace standards
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
Good written communication skills for product descriptions
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process compliance
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including category, creative, and vendor operations
