The candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis for retail operations. The role requires solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts and rolling financial projections.
Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor revenue, operating expenses, gross margins and profitability.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.




Support P&L; analysis across retail stores, business units and product categories.
Analyse sales performance, cost trends, inventory movements and margins.
Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
Work closely with business, operations, merchandising and finance teams.
Identify cost optimisation prospects and improve financial performance.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and forecasts.
