Tour Operations Executive Company: 7 Travel Story Job Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full time / Part-time Experience Required: 1+ years Salary: 10K20K a month Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage domestic and international tour operations. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport companies, DMCs and local tour operators. Communicate with international suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate rates.

Prepare tour itineraries, travel packages and cost calculations. Manage hotel reservations, flight bookings, transfers and activity arrangements. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of group tours.

Handle customer enquiries and provide travel-related assistance. Maintain booking records, supplier details,



payment records and travel documents. Follow up with vendors regarding confirmations, invoices and payments.

Ensure all tour arrangements are completed within the agreed budget and timeline.
