Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for exp. professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and Joinings.
Identify suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels, develop talent pipelines, and maintain a solid pool of potential hires for current and future requirements.
Solid understanding of Job portals
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Strong into ATS Tools for recruitment process
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview feedback
Preferred candidate profile Should have positive communication skills
