Role & responsibilities : Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
Monitor store profitability, expenses, and P&L; performance.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, stock availability, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and operational MIS.
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, store processes, and operational standards.
Identify prospects to improve store performance, customer experience,



and operational efficiency.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth store operations.

Preferred candidate profile : Priority will be given to candidates from sportswear, sports lifestyle, and international sports footwear brands, such as:

Candidates from Royal Enfield may also be considered if they have relevant experience in premium retail operations, sales, team management, and customer experience.
