Voyage Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced and responsible Visa & Documentation Executive to join our team at our Ulubari, Guwahati office.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle visa applications for domestic and international travel requirements.
Manage visa documentation and application formalities.
Verify and prepare visa application documents as per embassy requirements.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates and visa application centres.
Guide clients regarding visa procedures, documentation and requirements.
Handle visa appointments, application submissions and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of visa applications and documentation.
Keep updated with visa rules, regulations and immigration requirements of different countries.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Mandatory knowledge of visa formalities and documentation.
Practical experience in handling domestic and international visa applications.
Good knowledge of embassy requirements and visa procedures.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable computer and email-handling skills.

Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience and expertise.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates residing in or near Ulubari, Guwahati will be preferred.
