Job Responsibilities:
Guide clients regarding different visa categories, immigration processes, and overseas opportunities.
Understand clients' requirements and suggest suitable visa options.
Provide accurate information about visa eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding their application status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain proper client records and documentation.
Build strong client relationships and provide professional counselling.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.





Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree preferred. Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
