Sales Manager - Capital Equipment Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager for our Capital Equipment Finance business. The role involves sourcing business for Machinery Loans, Equipment Finance, Working Capital, LAP, Unsecured Business Loans, and CC/OD Limits. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on field sales, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly business targets of Rs. 1 Crore to Rs. 1.5 Crore.
Source and generate business for Machinery Loans, Equipment Finance, Working Capital, LAP, Unsecured Business Loans, and CC/OD Limits.
Conduct regular field visits to machinery dealers, OEMs, vendors, suppliers, and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for suppliers for continuous lead generation.
Identify and onboard current channel partners and referral sources.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the territory.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
Relevant experience in Equipment & Machinery Finance, SME Lending, Working capital, LAP, Business Loans, or related products preferred.

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements
Must own a bike/two-wheeler with Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated qualified
