Job Role: Technical Support Executive
Process: Technical Support International Voice
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Preferred)
Shift Duration: 10 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)
Cab Facility: Available for all employees after completion of training.

Salary Structure For Voice Process:
Fixed CTC: 28,800 per month
PLI: Up to 3,200 per month
Total CTC: Up to 32,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates: Freshers can apply.
Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of documented work experience required.
Solid verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities




Assist customers with technical queries and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot software, applications and basic technical problems.
Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
