Prepare, format, and submit purchase orders (POs) to approved vendors and suppliers based on stock needs.
2.Track shipments from manufacturers or distribution centers to confirm on-time delivery and prevent stockouts. 3.Communicate with suppliers to check pricing, confirm order details, follow up on delayed shipments, and resolve backorders or damaged goods.
4.Maintain digital and physical logs of purchases, supplier directories, pricing changes, and return records using tools like Excel or inventory management systems.
5.Assist with periodic physical stock counts and update inventory databases or software.2 to 5 Years Experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
