Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain real estate projects, property details, and investment prospects.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships.

Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

Convert leads into potential customers.

Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in CRM.

Achieve monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales.

Valuable customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and follow up regularly.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
