Key Responsibilities:
Call and coordinate with farmers as per SOPs.
Verify field photos/videos and project data on dashboards.
Identify missing or incorrect information and report errors.
Coordinate with field teams for corrections.
Prepare and share daily updates through email.
Support data validation and reporting processes.
Required Skills:
Robust communication skills.
Fluency in the local regional language.
English/Hindi plus Hindi preferred.
Basic knowledge of agriculture, especially AWD (Alternate Wetting & Drying), preferred.
Positive coordination and data-handling skills.
