Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding financial products, loan enquiries, EMI follow-ups, and other financial services.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information about financial products and services.
Enter and update customer information, enquiry details, and financial records in Excel or CRM software.
Maintain accurate customer databases and daily calling records.
Follow up with prospective customers for loan applications, documentation, and pending requirements.
Verify customer details and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth processing of customer applications.
Achieve daily calling and data entry targets.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.




Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing speed.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Positive communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic understanding of financial products, loans, EMI, and banking services will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
