About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate the tele sales team, achieve sales targets, monitor daily performance, and improve customer conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Tele Sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Allocate leads to team members and monitor lead follow-up and conversion.
Track daily calls, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Develop effective calling strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
Train and coach tele sales executives on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Monitor team KPIs such as calls made, leads generated, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing significant sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of customer and lead databases.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.




Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Solid knowledge of telesales processes and lead management.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyse sales data and team performance.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
