Job Description:
Establish and drive PMO governance, project plans, milestones,
dependencies, RAID logs, action trackers, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk,
Compliance, and vendor teams for seamless execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, and
dependencies; proactively manage deviations and escalations.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, SteerCo decks, dashboards, and
leadership updates.
Drive project governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional
discussions, ensuring action items are tracked to closure.
Manage requirements, UAT coordination, defect tracking, release
planning, go-live readiness, and post-production support.
Support banking transformation initiatives across Payments, Cards,
Lending, Digital Banking, Core Banking, and platform modernization.
Work closely with technology teams on system integrations, migrations,
releases, and implementation activities.
Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance processes,
and applicable banking/regulatory requirements.
