Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead real estate sales, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and business development to achieve company targets and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
Identify recent business prospects, market trends, and potential customers.
Manage property sales, site visits, client negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation strategies.
Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and lead management.




Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management.
Ensure effective customer service and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of real estate sales, marketing, and property development.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects.
Experience in lead generation, customer handling, and closing property deals.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a real estate background, especially in residential plots, land development, property sales, and real estate project marketing, will be given preference.

Salary

As per experience and company norms, with attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
