Adventum Overseas is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Telecaller & Visa Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Counsel clients regarding Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit and PR opportunities.
Explain visa processes, documentation, eligibility criteria and services.
Schedule client appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
Maintain client records and update lead information in the CRM.
Convert potential inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain qualified relationships with clients.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.




Fluent in Hindi; English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales or visa counselling will be an advantage.
