Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services.
Generate business leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and service requirements.
Schedule appointments for the sales and service teams.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide necessary information.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence in handling customer calls.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
