Provide menus and explain food items to customers.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
Coordinate with the Captain and kitchen team for smooth service.
Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
Refill water and assist guests whenever required.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Support table clearing, plate changing, and table setup.
Follow restaurant service standards and instructions from seniors.
