About the Role
We are looking for energetic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join the Grub Monkeys team. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent hospitality and attentive table service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Explain menu items, recommend bestsellers and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and presentable.
Handle customer queries and requests with a positive attitude.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
Ensure every guest leaves with a great dining experience.
