Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Capital Market Operations processes including Equities, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, and Depository Operations.
Ensure accurate processing and settlement of trades within defined TATs and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor daily operational activities, reconciliations, and exception handling.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, exchanges, depositories, custodians, and regulatory bodies for seamless transaction processing.
Review and ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, Depository, and internal audit requirements.
Analyze operational risks and implement controls to mitigate potential gaps.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for management review.
Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing operational risk.
Handle customer and business escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections.
