BHK World is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant property details.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Managers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
