Job Description
Support the daily operation and administration of assigned applications.
Act as a first point of contact for users, support teams, and business stakeholders.
Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities.
Support application rollouts, upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Monitor application health, performance, and service quality.
Assist in software inventory, license management, and compliance activities.
Participate in digital workplace and application improvement projects.
Support automation and standardization initiatives within the application management team.
