Job Description – Senior Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Senior Telecaller to communicate with potential customers, explain company products and services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build customer relationships through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain company products and services and address customer questions.
Identify customer needs and generate potential business leads.
Follow up with interested customers and encourage conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable information.
Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation,



and conversion targets.
Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple customer enquiries.
Positive attitude, skilled behaviour, and willingness to learn.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
