The LIT Caffe is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at our upcoming Channasandra outlet.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff.
Plan menus, recipes and food preparation.
Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
Manage inventory, food costs and kitchen supplies.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Coordinate with the management team and monitor kitchen performance.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant café or restaurant kitchen experience.
Solid cooking, leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food costing, inventory and kitchen operations.
Ability to maintain high standards during busy service hours.
