Role & responsibilities

1.Attend to break-downs in weld-shop / press-shop / perform Why-Why analysis of the break-downs, and, execution of preventive & predictive maintenance in weld-shop / press-shop.
Identifying & monitoring of Poka-Yoke projects, and, Implementation of all related sub-activities for timely accomplishment of the projects.
Man-power allocation as per the requirement, developing them through functional/technical trainings/awareness sessions.
Maintenance & upkeep of all manuals / drawings pertaining to machines & equipments, and, of QS & TS documents, undertaking SAP activity & spares planning & control.

Preferred candidate profile. Attend to break-downs in weld-shop / press-shop / perform Why-Why analysis of the break-downs, and, execution of preventive & predictive maintenance in weld-shop / press-shop.
