Monthly Salary: ₹15,000

Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per working day (Additional)

Job Description

We are hiring an active and responsible Field Service Executive to manage and coordinate field service operations for our V-Guard Authorised Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate daily field service activities.
Follow up with technicians to ensure timely service call completion.
Visit customer locations and resolve service-related issues.
Monitor pending, spare-pending and completed service calls.
Handle customer complaints and service escalations.
Coordinate with customers for service appointments.
Ensure service calls are completed within company timelines.
Maintain daily field visit and service reports.
Monitor technician performance and productivity.
Coordinate with the Service Centre Incharge.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification:



Any Degree / Diploma / ITI.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic products preferred.
Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Responsible, punctual and self-motivated.
