Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various job openings.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates accordingly.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.




Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
Coordinate with clients regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.

Key Requirements
6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Dedicated, responsible, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
