Responsibilities
Handle user calls and queries
Assist users with their profiles and app-related requirements
Manage and moderate WhatsApp chats
Guide users through the ordering process
Follow up with users and support sales growth
Explain platform advantages and guide vendors through the registration process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong vendor relationships.
Handle and manage e-commerce orders, customer queries, and delivery coordination.
Maintain call records, follow-up data, and reporting sheets.
Ensure proper customer and vendor communication standards are followed.
Conduct approximately 100 calls per day.
Required Skills
0–2 years experience.
Robust communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi are mandatory.
Basic English communication preferred.
E-commerce or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable convincing, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Basic computer and backend handling knowledge.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.
Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
