We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital marketing campaigns, create AI-generated videos, Reels, Shorts, social media posts, and generate quality leads through paid advertising.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI Video Generation, Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC), SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation.

Required Skills
AI Video Generation: Create qualified AI-powered promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and video ads using tools like Google Flow, Veo, Claude, Runway, Kling or similar.
Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram Ads, audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting and campaign optimization.
Google Ads (PPC): Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, keyword research and conversion tracking.
SEO: On-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and Google Search Console.
Social Media Marketing: Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Graphic Designing: Create professional social media posts, banners, thumbnails and ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
AI Tools: ChatGPT and other AI tools for content, scripts, graphics, and marketing automation.
Analytics:



Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and campaign performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality AI videos, Reels, Shorts and promotional advertisements.
Design engaging social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Develop creative content strategies for social media growth.
Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and campaign performance.
Independently manage daily digital marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
Practical experience in AI video generation and video editing.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and PPC.
Ability to create professional social media content independently.
Creative mindset with solid performance marketing skills.
Must be comfortable working independently and handling multiple campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
